the story & approach

We began the branding of One Glove Productions with a rich and definitive body of visual references. Working with a director such as Chloë, was a wonderful experience for us, as she has an expertise in visual communication, semiotics and style.

We were able to adapt Chloë's vision and sew in a nod to fine art, dark humour, and the everyday, with the use of the humble yet symbolic yellow rubber glove. Its symbolism and signifiers are rife, and just absolutely perfect for One Glove Productions.

After just the presentation of the stylescapes, Chloë had already seen a perfect ideation of the final branding. We continued the process of playing with iterations of the initial concept, but we couldn’t help but see how perfect the initial idea was. This is why play is , going away and trying other things is so important to know that your initial idea really does work.
